Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. Shipping to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses may not be available.

Processing time

Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Typically arrives in 10–20 business days after shipping. In total, expect about 11–23 business days from order to delivery.

Delivery estimates start when your order ships and are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, peak seasons and customs processing can add time.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every order within the United States.

Any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Tracking

When your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take a few days after the label is created before the carrier shows movement. You can also use our Track Order page.

If we cannot ship on time

If we expect to ship later than the time stated above, we will email you with a new date and give you the choice to agree to the delay or cancel for a full refund. If we cannot ship your order within 30 days, we will cancel it and refund you in full unless you agree to keep waiting.

Several items or packs

If you order more than one unit or pack, the items may ship separately and arrive on different days. You are never charged extra shipping for this.

Order not received

If your order has not arrived 25 business days after it shipped, email paragonforhome@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and either send a replacement or refund you in full.

Damaged in transit

If your package arrives damaged, email paragonforhome@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We will send a replacement or refund you at no cost.

Address errors

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away; we can only change an address before the order ships.
